Help the customer to identify and eliminate unwanted costs and improve function and quality using an alternative material. Each construction estimate, construction take-off, and summary of probable quantities, costs of materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracts to complete a project, including taxes, overhead, and profit, are based on the best available information.

Project management: Establish the processes needed to successfully complete a construction project, ensuring that all elements of a construction project are supported and executed efficiently throughout the project lifecycle. 

Planning comes first. Provide planning for each activity from pre-bid preparation to project completion by listing tasks, activities, and milestones with a planned start and finish date.

Provide thorough and complete building inspections before properties are sold to ensure they are up to code and safe to inhabit by evaluating a house's air conditioning units, electrical wiring, plumbing systems, security systems, and structural components.

Assure that building materials used (both vertical and horizontal construction) in the construction process respect the specification and design provided by the engineer.
